I worked in various positions successively in administrative, university, public and scientific libraries. In the meantime, I also obtained a bachelor&#8217;s degree in Library, Information and Documentation Sciences. Blood is thicker than water, and in 2015 I turned the wheel and started studying languages again. I took my bachelor\u2019s degree in Applied Linguistics at UGent in 2016. In 2015, I regularly volunteered to translate for a number of non-profit organisations. In October 2016, I started working as an independent translator\/proofreader.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I immediately started specialising in medical and technical translations.
